The RATS Swimmer Of The Month Award is sponsored by Paultons Park who very kindly donate tickets for the winners. Winners are decided by the coaching staff based on the swimmers commitment to training, attitude and amount of improvement shown. Swimmers who have been given the award are listed below.

On March 31st 2006 RATS held a photo session at the start of their regular Friday night land training sessions at Totton Recreation Centre to say Thank You to the Directors of Paultons Park at Ower for their continued support and sponsorship of their Swimmer Of The Month programme.
